Many hotels who use Solid Surface in the guest rooms use Solid Surface Undermount Bowls as well.  If the bowl gets damaged by a guest they simply replace the undermount bowl under the existing countertop. Your customers want options.  This is another one.  Keep an undermount bowl mold handy for this market.  These undermount bowls can also be used to make a one piece unilav type installation by joining the bowl to the countertop.
